Hello Garlic Lover!
The Cutting Veg grows 20+ varieties of garlic from various places in the world. Starting with 100 bulbs in 2005, we've built up our volume of seed stock steadily over the years to the point of an harvest of 50,000+ bulbs annually
At The Cutting Veg, we grow garlic as a way to promote seed diversity, community health, and outstanding flavours! To learn more about the amazing different varieties we grow, please click here.
Since The Global Garlic Project’s inception, it has been a great honour to support hundreds of gardeners and farmers to start their own garlic crops, by providing them with disease-free organic seed garlic. For guidance on cultivating your own garlic crop, please click here.
